In this quality tour, the reporter walked into the quality basic skills training base of South China base, which is the second quality base after Changchun. Here, the reporter experienced a whole day of quality skill training, and conducted a static inspection of the new off-line commercial vehicles as a "quality inspection engineer", so as to truly understand the unremitting pursuit of "high quality" by FAW Volkswagen and the quality awareness of all employees of the enterprise. It is understood that in the measurement technology center and other quality assurance departments, FAW Volkswagen adopts advanced instruments and has formulated detailed quantitative standards to monitor and manage the quality of parts and complete vehicles. For example, FAW Volkswagen requires that the matching work difference of body exterior decoration should not exceed 0.5mm, which is unqualified; The size of FAW Volkswagen engine is required to be more precise to micron level. Under such harsh standards, FAW Volkswagen strives to ensure that the parts are 100% qualified, so as to ensure the reliability and stability of product quality.

The road test can check whether the vehicle will make abnormal noise and whether the power, site and related electronic functions are abnormal during dynamic driving.
"Perfect factory" tour
South China base is a "perfect factory" built by FAW Volkswagen. It is also the first factory in the domestic automobile industry to obtain the Samsung certification of "green industrial building" awarded by China Green Building Committee. This certification also fully reflects that FAW Volkswagen's work in green environmental protection is no longer limited to products. "Building an ecological home" in FAW Volkswagen is not a slogan, but can be run through every step of the production process.
